CNC Solutions supplies custom T-slot plates manufactured to suit your machine, fixture and workholding requirements. Each plate can be produced to your required dimensions, thickness, T-slot geometry, slot pitch, mounting pattern and finish.
Choose from tempered cast aluminium for a lightweight, dimensionally stable solution, or C45 tooling steel for demanding applications requiring greater rigidity and higher clamping forces.

Tempered Cast Aluminium
A lightweight and dimensionally stable option with good corrosion resistance. Ideal for general CNC machining, fixture construction and applications where the plate may need to be installed, removed or repositioned regularly.
C45 Tooling Steel
Recommended for heavy-duty workholding where maximum rigidity, higher clamping forces and long service life are required. Well suited to production environments, repeated setups and heavier components.
