X-VAC C45炭素鋼ハイブリッドクランプシステムは、重切削加工に最適なクランプシステムです。
このクランプシステムは、クロスTスロットプレート（18mmスロット）と格納式バキュームカップで構成されており、この2つのクランプ方法を組み合わせることで、振動のない重切削加工を保証します。
鉄鋼加工や切りくずの深さが深い場合、従来のバキュームクランプではクランプ力の限界に達してしまいます。その結果、ワークが水平方向にずれてしまうことがよくあります。
X-Vacクランプシステムは、すべての軸に最小限の停止機構を備えているため、ワークの輪郭をほぼ自由に加工することができます。
T溝に特殊なTナットをワークのエッジまで押し込んで固定します。T溝は通常のクランププレートのように凹んでいるのではなく、コンマ数mmから2mm程度盛り上がっています。
例えば、わずか0.5mmの停止高さで大きな切削力を得ることができる。このとき、真空はワークをクランププレートに引きつけることで振動を除去する役割を果たします。
吸盤は素早く閉じることができるので、プレートは標準、ソリッド、またはクロスTスロットプレートとして使用できます。
